​Change management is an important component of continuous improvement projects. And it is vital that change management be successful in order for continuous improvement to happen and sustain.

Several factors impact success with change management. One important such factor is the change leader. Aside from change leader, change management team, change model, change strategy and implementation roadmap play vital roles for successful change management. I’ve discussed about each of these factors in other videos.
